"Customer care WHATS THAT!!!"

After making a valid complaint to the store we had just spent 500 pounds with in Northallerton. Re More than two weeks for a small engraving on a watch. Numerous calls had no effect. Spoke to Janet Bradley very nice at first. Would sort out immediately. Anhour later as you can imagine very cross. Rang and spoke to Janet Bradley's. Son. Who i cant repeat what he said to me very. Not well brought up lad. However. Do not purchase from this outfit. Or for gods sake don't have a genuine complaint. Because in the powers that be that does not exist. Captain. T W Davis. Middleham.
