"Relaxing place, fantastic food and an historic Victorian setting"

Popped in here initially for a cup of tea but was tempted by the gorgeous smells from the kitchen to have lunch! I had the most wonderful homemade spicy parsnip soup and my partner had the Brie and bacon baguette, ( lovely to have homemade coleslaw too) both of which were well presented and very tasty. Followed by a homemade cranberry and orange scone! Wow! What a combination! Delicious! The range of teas by Taylor's was also wide and varied, lovely to have leaf tea for a change. Overall we were extremely pleased to have chanced across this little place and would definitely go back. .
